Step 1: Place your Apple Watch face down on a soft, clean surface, and if using a Link Bracelet, press the quick-release button to split it into two pieces.
Step 2: Press the band release button and slide the band out to remove it.
Step 3: If the band doesn’t slide out, press and hold the release button again.
